With the above in mind, herein we turn to possible solutions that can increase your level of security for information in its various forms. Some are purely administrative, others have legal implications (along with the dire consequences of prison if a person is caught taking your property), and others can help you formulate procedures and methods to further protect the information. But, all in all, if it’s down on paper, publicly available in one form or another, or the knowledge of it becomes known, someone will, over time, figure out how to obtain it. All you can do is protect it as long as possible, knowing that, within reason, it will become available to someone else in the future.
