ABSTRACT
Over the past three decades, and more so in the past few years, numerous media reports and continuing arrests and trials have demonstrated China’s growing economic espionage prowess. The percentage rise seems small when compared to all the espionage that goes on all over the world, but China was far from being the first to engage in economic espionage for its own benefit as a growing nation.
