Over the years I have collected a number of interesting anecdotes that show that things can go terribly wrong. Sometimes those things make good material for lessons learned; other times it is material that shows how the complexity of a global delivery model can have a disastrous impact on someone’s business. ‹e following anecdotes either have beensharedbyacquaintancesandfriendsorhavebeencollectedfrom various news sources.
