ABSTRACT
The purication of phosphoric acid means many things to different people. To those in the fertilizer business, it may simply mean ltration to remove solids, especially those of complexes that have been deliberately formed, or perhaps partial deuorination. On the other hand, to those supplying phosphoric acid to the semiconductor industry, it may mean ultraltration of already highly puried acid.
