ABSTRACT
Cyber-physical systems (CPS) are increasingly becoming vital to modernizing the national critical infrastructure systems, ranging from health care, transportation, and energy to homeland security and national defense. Advances in cyber-controlled systems are needed to help improve their current capabilities as well as their adaptability, automaticity, efficiency, reliability, safety, and usability.
