ABSTRACT
Research problem. The data retrieval and entry process is very time consuming and has a large amount of errors associated with the process.
This process involves time for them and from their partner carriers (trucking companies). The process is the update and dispatch of the trailers as they cross the border. This process involves many individuals, which creates numerous opportunities for manual errors as data are inputted into the system.
