ABSTRACT
Wind turbines have been utilized by humans for hundreds of years for pumping water, grinding grain, and even generating electricity, but a renewed interest in the ancient device had been observed in recent years. The variability of the winds and the availability of cheap electrical energy has delayed the development of efficient, scientifically designed machines.
