ABSTRACT
An excellent example of what is possible hydroponically can be seen on display at the Kraft Exhibit in the Disney EPCOT Center, Orlando, Florida (Figure 7.1). Visitors taking the boat ride through the exhibit will see many different plant species being grown in various hydroponic configurations. A closer view of these growing systems, plus what experiments are being conducted but not on display, can be observed if the visitor takes the “behind the scenes” tour.
