ABSTRACT
In the nal phase of the cradle-to-grave waste management protocols under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA), hazardous wastes are to be treated and disposed. Treatment, storage, and disposal practices embrace many diverse systems; in addition, technologies are constantly changing and improving.
