ABSTRACT
INTRODUCTION Solutions of linear networks lead to systems of linear equations and the reader probably knows the elimination method for their solution: a variable is separated in one of the equations, substituted into the remaining ones and the process is repeated. Although conceptually simple, this method is confusing and leads to unpleasant fractions.
