ABSTRACT

The wavelet transform is a new applied mathematical branch developed since 1980s’ and has a comparative theoretical framework. The wavelet transform can decompose intertwined mixed signal composed of different frequencies into different block-signal. The transform has a good “microscope” function in time and frequency domain. The original signal is decomposed into different frequency channel. The decomposed signal is more single and smooth than the original signal, so the decomposed signal has a better stability than the original one and an obvious advantage for information analysis (Xu Ke et al. 2001).
