ABSTRACT

The process of globalization of industrial activities and global labour markets has signicantly inuenced the eld of occupational health and safety, including risk management.

The complexity of working and production activities of entrepreneurial entities nowadays calls for the introduction of the systematic organization of work and of control mechanisms, which will ensure correct functioning of all the production and managerial processes. The quality of company management is a presupposition for fullling production goals, but it is also a criterion of competitiveness, a requirement for success in the market and a token of the reliability of a business partner. It has become a natural thing for a business partner to examine, by means of customer’s audit, the quality of the organization of their contractors’ work. This kind of examination includes checking the quality level of the production process control, nancial process control, quality and environment control, and occupational health and safety management. If a company takes serious care about its future, it strives to transparently implement the control systems in respective areas.
