ABSTRACT
One would expect that the technology explosion in modern society can help in managing the risks in agribusiness. Modern management science facilitates understanding of and controlling the macro environment’s impact on business. In contemporary business, technological advancements are judged by their eectiveness in managing “uncertainties.” It may be noted that risks manifest themselves in two forms: normal and radical uncertainties.
