ABSTRACT
All chemicals were reagent grade and were used without any further purification. All solutions were prepared with deionized water. All glassware was cleaned by soaking in 10% HNO3 and rinsed with deionized water. Arsenic solutions were prepared by direct dilution of 1000-mg/L standard solutions from Fluka for As(V) and from Panreac for As(III), and were kept in dark glass flasks for the preparation of all the required diluted solutions. nZVI used in this work was manufactured by Toda Kogyo Corporation (Japan).
