ABSTRACT
The Planning Checklist (Tab 2 of the Kaizen Event Tools file on the CD) includes a wide range of activities that must be completed prior to the event kickoff. This chapter focuses on the data, information, and training the team will need to successfully analyze the current state, design the future state, and prepare for their role as change agents. These activities are essential for minimizing delays during the event.
