ABSTRACT
Therefore, this chapter focuses on writing style and how to write for a scientific audience. Specifically, the chapter goes over tips as well as specific stylistic guidelines for writing with a scientific audience in mind. As with any writing, you will want to factor in time for (1) writing a first draft, (2) editing (i.e., checking the draft for completeness, cohesion, and correctness), and (3) rewriting and revising the draft.
