A Model and Methods to Solve Problems of Accessibility and Information for the Visually Impaired

Over the last 10 years, all the countries that are members of the European Community have initiated programs to ensure that public and private spaces and buildings, public transport, and associated infrastructure are rendered accessible. Each country has dened a legislative framework and regulations with a corresponding system of verication and centers of expertise in order to ensure that this program can progress.
