Business Process Management in Polish Public Administration: Anthropological Aspects of Change in the Face of Technology

Communism in Poland was ousted over 20 years ago. One might think that an interim of that length should be sufcient for the dubious practices and absurdities of procedure for which that regime was notorious to have been consigned to oblivion. Indeed, in the business world, they largely have been, but in public administration, change comes slowly.
