ABSTRACT

The Internet has changed the way people learn in their daily lives. People use the Internet to search for valuable information for their learning or to collect materials for their research. Organizations such as companies and schools are actively utilizing the technological advance by introducing electronic learning (e-learning). As Hiltz and Wellman (1997) said, e-learning has several advantages, such as time and location exibility, cost and time savings, self-paced and just-for-me learning, collaborative learning environment, and unlimited access and use of learning materials. In addition, e-learning offers improved methods of instructional delivery with the assistance of information and communication technologies and multimedia technologies, which enables high quality of learning.
