ABSTRACT
Life today is characterized by change. Changes take place in society, organizations, or individuals. The change is a part of human nature and therefore continuous. But today’s change has become faster, deeper, and more complex, bringing with it a new phenomenon in technology, society, politics, and economy, adaptation to which becomes a fundamental condition of survival for individuals and organizations (Wamwangi 2003).
