ABSTRACT
Now that you have made the decision to reshore the USA 41 back to America, the journey has just begun. Even though the data told us reshoring was the right decision, we really will not know until we have lived with the decision for a while. After all, offshoring seemed like the right decision until we lived with the issues of manufacturing halfway around the world. Well, we are bringing it home to our own backyard and we must anticipate the problems and issues. This chapter will discuss some of the issues you might encounter when you reshore your USA 41.
