ABSTRACT

Among the organic materials, organic semiconductors are a class of solids displaying semiconducting properties based outright on organic compounds containing sequences of carbon (C) and hydrogen (H) atoms, with occasionally nitrogen (N), oxygen (O), sulfur (S), or other atoms latched on to this sequence (Samuel and Turnbull 2007, Limketkai 2008). ey are neither knit together with organic food or farming, nor do they contain any hazardous metals. ey constitute a real green technology and are also biodegradable.
