ABSTRACT
On Friday, March 29, 1974, I was in my office reviewing papers in connection with our merger, when Barbara came in and told me that a gentleman is here and would like to talk to me as he was bringing some papers, which he wanted to give me. A tall gentleman in a dark blue suit came in, greeted me, and when he got to my desk, handed me some papers. I looked at the papers, which were some kind of a legal document. He then handed me another paper and asked me to sign it, acknowledging that I had received the papers he gave me.
