ABSTRACT
Module 7 discusses subfertility, as well as unwanted fertility (birth control).All contraceptive methods available in the
UK are explained and the benefits for each method outlined. When unwanted pregnancy occurs, the option of
terminating the pregnancy is available for women in the UK, and this is explained, as well as the laws that govern
abortion.
