ABSTRACT
As web services become increasingly prevalent, many service providers and end users have created a variety of web services and have made them available on the Internet. The rapid development of cloud computing, such as the new deployment and delivery of software as a service (SaaS), is making the offering and use of web services much easier and efficient via the cloud (Buyya et al., 2008). It is expected that the development of such web services will eventually result in a business services ecosystem, in which demand and supply will be able to be brought together at a global scale and partnerships will be very dynamic.
