ABSTRACT
After discussing bivariate upper bounds and their extensions in Chapters 5 and 6, we now correspondingly address bivariate lower bounds and their extensions in Chapters 7 and 8. Similar to Chapter 5, this chapter consists of three main topics focusing on three types of bivariate bounding approaches: factorization, high-degree bounds, and optimization.
