Unknown I hope you have already read my horse story. But please do not misunderstand me. I do not mean you need to lie to persuade people. Persuasion is the ability to convince people. The gypsy man wanted to convince the Spanish man about the great skills of the horse. When the Spanish man used the horse he found some lack of skills in it. So, my message is that when you want to sell a horse you need to get that horse prepared. The ability of selling a product or service is a must for the complete project manager (The Complete Project Manager, Randall L. Englund and A. Bucero, 2012, Management Concepts).
