ABSTRACT
Program governance functions are tasks or actions which require execution in order to deliver the scope of governance discussed in the previous chapters. The functions of program governance, with the exception of a few, can be divided into two major groups based on the program life cycle. Some functions are more related to the formation and organization phase of the program, whereas others are concerned with the benefits delivery and closure phases.
