ABSTRACT
It is important to operationally dene the term Agile Retrospectives (ARs) as it could be interpreted to have more than one meaning. e term agile by itself refers to something being light, exible, and lively. e term retrospective when it stands alone means to look back at a situation that has already occurred. According to Davies (2007), Retrospective was coined by Norman Kerth, author of Project Retrospective: A Handbook for Team Reviews (2001). When we contextualize the term Agile Retrospective as it relates to Project Management, we think of project learning that is easily adaptable and responsive and has value to reect on.
