ABSTRACT
PRINCE2 and the PMBOK® Guide are two of the preferred methods to accomplish Project Management. It is most appropriate to look at these two methods as complimenting each other and not competing. However, PRINCE2 does make a clear distinction: To qualify as a PRINCE2 project, it must follow the PRINCE2 methodology.
