ABSTRACT

Let us face it: Most people know there is a need to evaluate projects. However, at the end of the day what matters is results and what we actually have time to accomplish. Most of us have competing demands for our time, money, and resources, which creates a dilemma of what to do with a project postmortem. In one sense, there may be a reluctance to conduct an aer-action review at all. At the same time, there may be a temptation to minimize the amount of eort.
