ABSTRACT
Building 2, a beige two-story structure on the opposite side of the parking lot, had wide pane windows showing desks and shelving stacked with books, pamphlets, maps, and loose papers. They entered through a glass door, lower level and found a stairway leading them to the second story. Room 214 was on the left side of the hallway.
