ABSTRACT
Lunches are lighter in the private service world, even with Europeans, who normally eat their big meals in the afternoon. When they are having full breakfasts and loaded schedules, they seem to be wealthy first and European second. Every boss is going to be different, but I have found that most eat one or two courses at lunch as opposed to the standard three or four at dinner.
