It is really something the first time you arrive at the gates of a spectacular residence and they open for you. Rolling down the driveway to a blank canvas for your art, you face a new adventure and a microcosm of characters you are not likely to forget. Working in one of the boss’s homes is different from working in their other assets. It is more personal, and operating within the power structure can be much more complex; however, the actual cooking can be much easier than on a yacht or private long-range jet or even a private island.
