ABSTRACT

The race to utilize foodstuffs while they are still at their peak, late lastminute deliveries, and hungry diners waiting on their next course can easily max out the average person’s threshold for chaos. Everything in your work environment is time sensitive. Add to that a long workday over a hot stove, and it does not make a recipe for long-term success. By its very nature, being a chef is stressful, but it is what you signed up for.
