ABSTRACT

Currently building energy and comfort management is a hot topic to achieve sustainability in building environments. Due to having complex environmental conditions, unavailable and unreliable information causes inefficient building operation (O’Donnell et al, 2013). This inefficient information creates misjudgment during the energy and comfort management in buildings. To overcome these types of difficulties, an integrated data aggregation and building management system with an extensible intelligent information management tool can be utilized (Gokce and Gokce, 2013). This methodology can be developed using a holistic building management system.
