ABSTRACT
A mill producing 60sNe carded warp received a market complaint of barre effect in the woven fabric produced from the aforementioned yarn.
Analysis and interpretation from the process:
• The mill mixes two varieties of cotton (50:50) with micronaire value of 2.8 and 3.5, which is not recommendable.
