ABSTRACT
It should not be surprising that in the law that there is some confusion about what we mean when we talk about plausibility, particularly with the vagueness of these synonyms. However, when discussing the value of evidence and the inferences to be drawn from logical arguments, we restrict plausibility to mean credibility.
