ABSTRACT
What is an ecosystem? Defined in layman terms, it is a complex and diverse set of interactions that happen between multiple entities, both living and nonliving, in an environment. Despite all the attention, research, and application that has gone into crowdsourcing in recent years, there are some compelling questions that we are faced with at the end of the day:
• How easy is it for someone new to apply crowdsourced testing to address his or her needs?
