ABSTRACT
Portfolio management has provided many improvements to managing projects such as improved tracking, resource allocation, scheduling, analysis, and governance and oversight. However portfolio management is still not where it needs to be because it still faces several dicult challenges (Bryan, Matson, & Weiss, 2007). A literature review highlights six problem areas associated with portfolio management, see Table 15.1.
