ABSTRACT
Project health assessments are crucial because you cannot afford the cost of failure. Projects by definition are risky as they are initiated to create something new. A project health assessment, while no guarantor of success, will reduce the risk of failure by assessing and recommending improvements to the processes controlling all aspects of a project.
