ABSTRACT
For consistency with widely accepted project management concepts, the project health assessment critical success factors (CSFs) in this book are aligned with the ten knowledge areas presented in the PMBOK ® Guide, Fifth Edition. Based on the experience of several project health assessors over the last fifteen-plus years, they are presented in order of criticality to project success. Of course, the ranking is up for question, but the first five are certainly key to project success and therefore are of upmost importance in a project health assessment.
