ABSTRACT
Question 79 A 27-year-old woman attends her GP with a 4-week history of intermittent generalized headaches. She seems very quiet and becomes tearful when questioned about her mood, which she reveals has been very low recently. She has attended several times over the past year with variable joint pains and has had occasional fevers over this time and felt generally tired. On examination, she has a distinctive rash over the bridge of her nose and cheeks, which she says is worse after going out in bright sunlight.
