ABSTRACT
When things are going well, the benets of working with others are clear. Colleagues help stimulate ideas and can promote enthusiasm, enjoyment, interest, increased productivity, and a greater sense of reward. However, there are also times when working with other people leads to con¡ict, sti¡es creativity, and impedes the progress of a project.
