19.1 INTRODUCTION
One of the most promising methods for increasing the efficiency of dust collection of fine particles is scrubbing. For this method are characterized by complex mass transfer processes in the course of interaction with the gas-dispersion flow scrubbing liquid droplets, resulting in the speed and the concentration of the phase determining gas cleaning [1-4].
