A future successful global marketer must develop an excellent management technology system that impresses users and continuously provides excellent, quality products in a timely manner through corporate management. To realize manufacturing that prioritizes customers with good quality, cost, and delivery (QCD) in a rapidly changing technical environment, it is essential to create a new core principle capable of improving the work process quality of all divisions and reforming supershort-term development production (Amasaka, 2002, 2008a).
