ABSTRACT
Data analyses of an adaptive trial include point and confidence parameter
estimates, and adjusted (conditional and unconditional) p-values. The is-
sues surrounding these topics are controversial, even the definitions of bias,
confidence interval, and p-value are not unique with adaptive trials.
