ABSTRACT
Following directly from the discussion in Chapter 7 on the practical process of developing your security architecture, this chapter looks at another equally practical aspect – how to manage the architecture programme itself. This focuses largely on the political and cultural issues that need to be addressed if you are to succeed. It picks up and expands upon a number of points already introduced in the previous chapter.
