ABSTRACT
By now you have probably gained a better understanding of what it means to be Lean, the concepts, philosophies, and benefits an organization can achieve if Lean is adopted and deployed throughout the organization. In order to disseminate Lean across an organization, a cultural transformation must occur. In order to create a Lean culture, one must understand what makes up a Lean culture.
