ABSTRACT
Introduction This chapter suggests the areas where installations might improve the level of service of an e-commerce initiative. All the activities in this document have a bearing on business continuity (BC) in terms of system availability and disciplines aimed at meeting service levels and most of them can be used in projects other than those related to HA.
